Use “Daily Zones” inside drawers instead of organizing by category

Bathroom Organization

Instead of grouping everything by type (all hair products together, all skincare together), set up drawers based on when you actually use items.

Morning routine (toothbrush, deodorant, skincare)
Night routine (face wash, retinol, etc.)
Quick grab items (hair ties, lip balm, contacts)

This makes getting ready faster because everything you need is in one place, instead of bouncing between drawers.

Of course, this won’t work for every person. But for a lot of people, organizing a bathroom around your day-to-day routine rather than big bulk categories makes it much easier to find what you reach for most often. It’s a simple shift that tends to make a big difference.

Interesting take Olivia! I encourage my clients to organize things in whatever way works for them, which is not necessarily what works for other people. This is a good example of that, and a great alternative to organizing bathroom items by category. Thanks for commenting!
